We deliver throughout France and Belgium. For any other country, please contact us for a quote.

Standard delivery is free, regardless of the weight and volume of your order!

Shipping and delivery times:

The product page will tell you whether the product you want to buy is immediately available in stock or with a delay.

In-stock products : Shipped within 24 to 48 hours after your order is validated (upon receipt of payment). Delivery is made by our carriers within 4 to 15 days, depending on the chosen delivery option.

Products with a delay : The delay indicated on the product sheet is the time it will take for the product to become available. Delivery is carried out by our carriers within 4 to 15 days following this delay, depending on the chosen delivery option.

Standard delivery:

Packages up to 30kg : Delivery is made at the foot of your building or in front of your house. Our carrier will contact you (email or SMS) to inform you of the delivery day. You can change the day or request delivery to a partner relay point.

Packages of 31kg and over : Delivery is made at the foot of your building or in front of your house. Our carrier will contact you (email or SMS) to confirm the delivery day and will give you a more precise time slot the day before.

Premium Delivery:

Delivery is made to the room of your choice, with packaging collection on request. Our carrier will contact you (email or SMS) to choose a delivery day and time slot.

Return

If you change your mind, returns are free.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to contact us and request a return.

We will arrange for the collection of your product with one of our carriers, who will contact you to set a time slot.

For the return, your product must be very well packaged, and absolutely in its original packaging, with all the protective materials.
